Ingredients
1 ½ pounds of skinless and boneless chicken breasts
8 slices of bacon
1 ½ tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of sea salt
1 teaspoon of Take A Peak Paprika
1 teaspoon of Take A Peak Sweet and Smoky Chipotle
1 teaspoon of Take A Peak Cayenne Pepper
½ teaspoon of Take A Peak Medium Black Pepper
4 slices of cheddar cheese
4 slices of Havarti cheese
4 sesame seed buns or brioche
¼ cup of mayonnaise
¼ cup of honey mustard
Directions
Heat grill to medium (350° to 450°). In a medium bowl, coat chicken with oil, salt, and spices. Grill chicken, turning once, until no longer pink in center, about 6 minutes total. Grill roll halves just until toasted and grill marks appear, about 1 minute. Top each bun with a spicy grilled cheese chicken breast, bacon, and serve immediately.
