Ingredients
3 eggs slightly beaten
2 unbaked pie shells (8 or 9 inch)
½ cup of butter (softened)
¾ cup of all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of Take A Peak Apple Pie Spice
1 teaspoon of vanilla
6 cups sliced peeled fresh peaches
Directions
In a large bowl, combine softened butter, flour, sugar, eggs, Take A Peak apple pie spice, and add flavorings and mix all ingredients to make pie filling and fill each pie shell half full. Sprinkle two-thirds of fine crumbs into pastry; top with peaches. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until filling is bubbly and peaches are tender.
