Take A Peak - Chicken Parmesan Recipe


Prep Time – 25 minutes

Cook Time- 30 minutes

Total Time – 55 minutes


Ingredients

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

3 tbsp of Take A Poultry Seasoning

½ tsp of Take A Peak Garlic

2 eggs

4 tbsp of butter or margarine

2 cups of Italian Style bread crumbs

½ cup of flour

1 pound of mozzarella cheese (sliced or packaged)

½ cup of grated parmesan cheese

½ cup of grated provolone cheese

2 cups of spaghetti sauce


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Pound chicken to flatten

  3. Dip chicken in egg; then in bread crumbs

  4. Fry in butter in hot skillet, turning and browning for 10 minutes or until chicken is done

  5. Remove the chicken out of the skillet and then add spaghetti sauce. As the spaghetti sauce is heating thoroughly then add the chicken.

  6. Place slices of mozzarella on top of chicken

  7. Sprinkle with parmesan

  8. In a 9x13 baking dish cover and cook the chicken breasts for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  9. Serve with a side of spaghetti.
