Take A Peak - Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf Recipe


Prep Time – 20 minutes

Cook Time – 55 minutes

Total Time – 1 hour and 15 minutes


Ingredients

3 lbs. ground beef (ground chuck)

2 eggs

1/3 cup Worchester sauce

1 cup italian style bread crumbs

1 cup finely chopped onion

½ cup green bell pepper

½ cup celery

1 lb. bacon

For the glaze

¼ cup ketchup

2 tablespoons of brown sugar

1 teaspoon Take A Peak Paprika


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. In 13x9 inch baking or roasting pan, shape into a loaf then wrap the bacon around the entire loaf. Carefully wrap the ends of the meatloaf with bacon as well, tucking the strips into the other pieces of bacon so it’s tight. Bake for 55 minutes or until done. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
